Back in November of 2005, I decided to sell my house. Since I had never had a house to sell, I was not sure of what to do. My mechanic had a business card of Natasha and knew her through church. I called to see if she could come and at least look over the property and see what I could possibly get and what to do as far as improvements. She recommended a few things and I said that I would get back with her. I followed her advice and called her again in May of 2006. She came back to the house to look it over, with her family in tow from church, and we discussed about putting the house on the market. I said let´s do it and we went over the paperwork and I signed what I needed to. I didn´t have the house paperwork so I said that I would get it to her as soon as I found it. I called to let her know that I would drop it off on Monday, the next day. By Wednesday, my house was on the website and within a week I had a potential buyer. I see many other for sale signs for houses that have been there for quite some time, but not mine. That is the dedication that Natasha has and the love of what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and kept in contact with me on every move. Finally, it was closing day and she met me at the mortgage office with a basket of goodies in tow. Once the deal was done, we talked for a few minutes and off we all went. I have posted her business cards up at work and will recommend her to anyone I hear that needs a house sold. She was fantastic. I will definitely go through Natasha when I start looking for a home to purchase. Thank you again Natasha for all of your help and dedication.
